This curl bar with plate weights is perfect for home or gym use. The set includes a 5 kg curl bar and 25 kg of plates. For even better results, the curl bar set can be used in combination with our incline benches and/or dumbbell sets.

The length of the barbell is 120 cm. You can combine four weight plates according to your needs: 2 x 7.5 kg and 2 x 5 kg.

Star-shaped screw locks ensure that the weights stay in place. The special design of the bar handles ensures optimal grip during exercise. The weights are covered with plastic shells that reduce noise generation.
