We use several transport companies so that our customers can choose the most suitable option for them in terms of delivery time and delivery costs. The delivery costs are shown at the checkout once you have selected the delivery method.
After paying for your purchase in our online store, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have given us during the payment transaction. Please check your spam if necessary. As the delivery progresses, you will also receive a delivery confirmation from us.
If you can't find the order confirmation or delivery confirmation, you can always contact us at speciara(at)speciara.com and we will send the confirmations again to the email address you provided.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days at the latest to the address speciara(at)speciara.com
When you have received your order, check the package before opening to make sure it has not been damaged during transport. If the package is damaged in transit, the product must be immediately complained about directly to the transport company.
