Product returns

Thank you for your order and we hope you are satisfied with it.

 

Your payment will be registered immediately to the merchant and a confirmation message will be sent to your email.

If necessary, you have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to return products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order.

If you want to return the products , you can submit a return notice to the address speciara(at)speciara.com 

You will receive a return code from our customer service, which is a prerequisite for returns.

You can match the products and check the features as it would be possible even when buying in a store without affecting the selling condition of the product or packaging. Please familiarize yourself with the more detailed return conditions below.

How do I return products?

Contact our customer service at the address speciara(at)speciara.com You will receive a return code from customer service, which must be attached to the returned product and is a prerequisite for the return.

Send the products to the return address below according to the conditions and instructions below. Please note that by law you have 14 days to post the products. We will refund you immediately after we have received and checked your return, but no later than 30 days after receiving the return.

Exchange and return conditions

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange or return all or part of your order within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. The conditions for the right to return are that (1) the product has not been used, (2) the product belongs to standard products and has not been manufactured or modified in accordance with the Customer's wishes, (3) the product is still in its original packaging and (4) it can still be sold, and (5) the product comes with provided the return code received from our customer service and the Customer's bank contact information for the payment return.

Some of our products have a limited right of return. You can usually familiarize yourself with the product ordered from the online store by opening the packaging and checking its features and functionality. However, the right of return does not apply, for example, to custom-made products that have been manufactured according to the customer's wishes, nor to audio and video recordings and computer programs that have been delivered sealed and opened. Also, perishable and expired products or sealed products that cannot be returned after opening due to health and hygiene reasons cannot be returned. Hygiene products cannot be returned after the product has been opened, because it cannot be ascertained afterwards whether the product has been used or not, and the product is no longer sellable.

The canceled product must always be delivered in the original package (or similar) and well packed. The returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. The value of the product is reduced and the refund is reduced if it has obvious signs of use or something is missing from the packaging.

Speciara will reimburse the Customer for the value of the canceled products to the bank account indicated by the Customer within a reasonable time, however no later than 30 days after Speciara has received and accepted the return. The customer pays the return costs. Speciara does not reimburse the Customer for the costs incurred in returning the product, even if the product cannot be returned in the usual way by mail, for example due to the product's large size or weight.

When returning a delivered order, include:

  1. your customer number and/or name,
  2. your address,
  3. your phone number,
  4. your account number for the refund
  5. a copy of the delivery confirmation sent to the Customer
  6. return code, which can be found in the reply to the return notice you sent to customer service

Problem situations

If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days at the latest to the address speciara(at)speciara.com In addition, if the package has been damaged during transport, you must immediately make a complaint about the product directly to the transport company.
