Order and delivery terms

Online store

Creator Technology Oy (business ID 1099946-0) sells products to private individuals in Finland and around the world. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. If there are inconsistecies in the translations of the order and delivery terms, we will follow the order and delivery terms in Finnish.

Our online store Speciara.com uses the payment solutions offered by Svea Payments and Klarna.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless the customer has approved other use. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the order and delivery terms valid at any given time.

Payment

The payment methods available are Klarna and Svea Payments.

With Klarna's payment methods, you can pay by online bank payment or card immediately. You can also pay later either with a 30-day free payment period or by splitting larger payments into installments.

Svea Payments Oy (business ID number 2121703-0) also carries out payment mediation for online shopping in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. The use of the service does not require registration or payment of additional payments. Svea Payments Oy has a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL protected, which means that no one outside can see your data. Svea Payments Oy (or our auxiliary name Maksuturva Group Oy) appears as the payee.

Your payment will be registered immediately to the merchant and a confirmation message will be sent to your email.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing an email address when ordering.

Delivery method and costs

- FREE DELIVERY TO FINLAND

We deliver to Finland for free. You can see the delivery costs of your order after choosing the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders registered (e.g. postal packages) or unregistered delivery. Shipments can be tracked with the shipment ID.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland are 5-10 business days under normal circumstances, depending on the order and delivery method, but the processing of orders may take longer even under normal circumstances.

For deliveries to the rest of the world, the choice of transport method affects the delivery time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays.
